HCC is looking for our next Executive Director!
The Hartford Community Coalition seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Executive Director to lead our nonprofit organization, strengthen prevention programs, build community partnerships, and advance long-term organizational and financial sustainability.
This hands-on leadership role oversees staff, Board relations, strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, grants, and implementation of evidence-based prevention initiatives, including HCC’s seasonal Take a Bite Out of Hunger Summer Meals Program.
The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit or community leader who can move comfortably between big-picture strategy and day-to-day management and is committed to youth and family well-being, prevention, equity, inclusion, and building a healthy, resilient Hartford community.
